The raw sugar started to melt into liquid after few days, mume jucie plus raw sugar.

I started to stir it once a day until full Liquefaction of raw sugar.

Please unseal the jar and replace the cover by breathing fabric.

幾天後糖開始溶解，天然梅汁加糖、也就是果糖加蔗糖。

有液體出現時請不要密封並換上透氣的布蓋上，並每天攪拌一次。

Complete Liquefaction (raw sugar) after a week, and only stir once a week.

約一周後完全液化，等糖完全溶解再每周攪拌一次。
